Young people are experiencing higher levels of unemployment than any other age group, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds who are most at risk of long term marginalisation from the labour market.
Work Inspiration is an Australia-wide, employer-led program that gives young people the opportunity for an inspiring introduction into the world of work. Work Inspiration provides young people the opportunity to explore their passions and strengths, have informative career conversations, go behind the scenes of a workplace and hear from a variety of career professionals to gain insight into making a career ‘happen’.
The Foundation works alongside their Corporate Partner network and The Smith Family to deliver the Work Inspirations program for disadvantaged youth.
