In a neighbourhood where unemployment is high and the median household income is 40% lower than the Australian average, families in the Edgecombe precinct in SA face significant challenges. The Foundation works alongside Habitat for Humanity and our Corporate Partner network to support Habitat’s Home Building Program.
The program helps unemployed youth into vocational training and work experience opportunities and low income families into a safe and secure home environment. Business volunteers contribute hands-on towards the building of each home.
